Demo accounts use simulated funds and are intended for practice. Live accounts, where available, use real deposited funds and are subject to verification, funding, margin and withdrawal requirements.

The spread is the difference between the quoted buy and sell price. It can vary by instrument, market session, liquidity and market conditions.

What is margin in trading?+

What does “going long” and “going short” mean?+

Going long means taking a position that benefits if the quoted market rises. Going short means taking a position that benefits if the quoted market falls.

What is a margin call?+

A margin call or margin warning occurs when account equity becomes low relative to the margin used by open positions. Additional funds or reduced exposure may be required.

Slippage is the difference between an expected price and the price at which an order can actually be executed when markets move or liquidity changes quickly.

What is a take-profit order?+

A Take Profit level is a price instruction used to close an eligible position automatically if the market reaches the selected profit target.

How can I manage trading risks?+

Use conservative position sizing, review available margin, understand leverage, and consider Stop Loss and Take Profit levels where appropriate.

What is a stop-loss order in CFD trading?+

A Stop Loss level is a price instruction intended to close an eligible position if the market moves against the trade to the selected level.

What is a limit order?+

A limit order is an instruction to enter a trade only if the market reaches a chosen price or better, subject to market availability and execution conditions.
